We highlight actions that help avoid unproductive costs at all costs. Certain situations can cause us to conclude that our world seems inverted. This BlackEconomics.org brief essay entitled, \u201cThe Weak Bear the Burden of the Strong\u201d is a case in point that serves as a perfect reminder that what is considered <strong>beautiful <\/strong>and <strong>rational<\/strong> often depends on the beholder.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.BlackEconomics.org\/BELit\/fmobaalf121325.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>&#8220;Reasons for Black American Leadership Failures&#8221; <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose of this Analysis Brief is to sharpen Black American (Afrodescendant) recognition of evolving change with \u201cleadership,\u201d and to emphasize the necessity of adopting new perspectives on what \u201cleadership\u201d is and what it means now and will mean in our new technological world. Technology can enable the best  leadership\u2014actually, non-leadership where each person has a say in decision-making as opposed to relying on \u201crepresentatives\u201d to make favorable decisions on their behalf. We mainly hear about the nearly magical benefits of technology and artificial intelligence with seldom a word concerning wide ranging and pernicious problems within certain technological systems broadly. It defines the \u201cgroup economics\u201d concept, assesses its benefits, and formulates a metric for measurement. The state of Black Americans\u2019 \u201cgroup economics\u201d as roughly estimated, helps clarify the extent of our economic weakness, the current level of intergroup inequality in the US, and it adds weighty justification to our Reparations demand\/claim.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 37%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p><strong>When the BlackEconomics.org website was first developed in 2005, it included a page entitled Long-Term and Strategic Plan (LTSP) for Black America. In 2008 we made an <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=n5c5fa-dIn4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>appeal<\/strong><\/a><strong> for the development of an LTSP. However, the goal of developing such a plan was not achieved until 2022 and 2023, when a &#8220;grassroots&#8221; LTSP Panel produced a <\/strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.LTSPFBA.org\/LTSP\/fin_ltspfba_071223.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Long-Term Strategic Plan for Black<\/strong><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.BlackEconomics.org\/LTSP\/fin_ltspfba_071223.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong> America<\/strong><\/a><\/em><strong><em>. <\/em>BlackEconomics.org&#8217;s chief contributors participated as members of the LTSP Panel.
